Insurance Benefits:
I am in-network with the following health insurance companies and can bill them directly:

CHP/Kaiser (administered by Heraya Health Network) & Providence (administered by ASH) will receive option to add on a $35 non-covered services fee if you are interested in energy healing, cupping, bodywork, Craniosacral or guasha.
MVA’s (auto & bike accident)
I can bill open auto and bike accident claims - no referral needed.
You may use FSA and HSA funds to pay for medical acupuncture services.
I can bill insurance on your behalf for MVA’s for medically necessary treatment (excludes cosmetic treatment modalities).
Please email/contact me after booking with your MVA claim information so I can verify benefits before your appointment.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS: By law, insurance will pay for medically necessary acupuncture, massage and chiropractic therapy for injuries sustained in a car accident. Medical necessity is easily obtained from any doctor including any chiropractic physician after they do a thorough exam.
You are free to go to any medical provider or facility you choose, you do NOT have to use your own health insurance.
Oregon State Law minimum protection is $15,000 for treatment for up to 1 year after your car accident.
Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel or reschedule any appointment within 24 hours of your existing appointment. By doing so, you give another patient the chance to book that appointment slot and avoid any cancelation fees.
Cancelations after 24 hours will be charged for the 50% of the cost of treatment and no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of your treatment by Inner Way Wellness, either with your card on file or the next time you are in the office — we hope you understand our policy and will keep this in mind when scheduling your appointments. Thank you!
Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full at the time of service. Cash, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, and checks are all forms of accepted payment.
Inner Way Wellness is happy to provide a receipt and Superbill (an itemized form used by healthcare providers for insurance claims) for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. Depending on individual out-of-network benefits, patients have received up to 50-85% of reimbursement from their insurance providers or have services go toward reducing their deductible.
